As each client has different needs and requirements, we offer our clients advise to find the best possible individual duplication solution. Delivery From Stock
All our tower duplicators can be delivered from stock. Actual leadtimes for our different duplicator products are mentioned on the product pages.  Shipment to EU countries by GLS or UPS takes between one and three days, depending on the specific country.

International Shipment by GLS and UPS
For EU shipments we use GLS or UPS. These international delivery companies offer a reliable and fast delivery service within the EU. Once your order is shipped, you will receive the track&trace information by e-mail in order to track the shipment status.

Fast Support Service
In case of a technical problem with one of our duplicators we offer direct technical support by telephone or e-mail. If a problem cannot be solved by telephone we offer a fast repair service. Our technical department can perform any repairs on our duplicators at short notice.
